It's not a very pretty hotel all made of concrete and the pool area could be much smarter. it didn't give us the feeling of being on holiday and wanting to laze by the pool. it's more of a stopover hotel.

I was surprised on how nice everyone was towards us. The room and amenities were outstanding. The location was perfect as everything we were to do was nearby.

I would definately stay at the Inn of Naples again. We have been there twice and each time the service, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff have been great. Everyone is helpful and all staff are always smiling. A quiet hotel just a short drive from the beach and the many eating places in Naples.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was also a free continental breakfast in the morning. The location of the hotel was also really good- very centrally located.

Thelocation was appropriate for workouts in the morning and access to (a) downtown and (b) The Village. The room was comfortable and we certainly will consider staying at your hotel upon our return.

Ideal location for shopping & golf. Rooms very comfortable and maid service was excellent. A lovely peaceful hotel at night times even during the busy spring break. Would stay again however would avoid the Spring Break.
Could of done with bigger pool and balcony areas. Breakfast not worth getting up for! Only two umberellas around pool area, this led to people reserving early and subsequently barely being around all day to use. Would suggest management have a clear policy for reserving beds around pool.

The location of this hotel is ideal to discover all of Naples. It is close to beaches and excellent shopping malls. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions about our stay. We liked the hotel so much that we actually stayed a day longer.
